Kyoto’s first normobaric hypoxic training studio, recreating indoors an oxygen level comparable to 3,000 metres. Opened June 2022 on the third floor of COCON KARASUMA. A fitness club for adults, built for training efficiently in a short time.

Small-group machine Pilates studio
A machine Pilates studio for groups of up to four, sharing a floor with SOLERA. The only studio in Kyoto offering Pilates in a hypoxic environment.
WHY NOT
Semi-personal Pilates studios
A semi-personal Pilates studio taking no more than two clients at a time. Programmes are supervised by a spinal specialist and built around the Spine Corrector, a machine for postural work.
